HEART WALL SESSIONS

Dr. Armour, in 1991, discovered that the heart has its "little brain" or "intrinsic cardiac nervous system." This "heart brain" is composed of approximately 40,000 neurons that are alike neurons in the brain, meaning that the heart has its own nervous system. Thus, the heart is probably a key moderator of pain. (read more here)

Jesus had much to say in the Bible about the heart. Verses like “guard your heart for it is the wellspring of your life” and “do not let your heart fear”. There is wisdom in understanding that your heart is more than a pumping organ…it gives us the ability to give and receive love.

WHAT IS A HEART WALL?

When we are bombarded with pain and upsets in life, our heart will often create a protective wall of energy around it. This is helpful because it helps us cope and deal with the season of pain or disappointment. Often, these walls are made of trapped negative energy that we layer around our hearts. Until there are removed, they will restrict our ability to live life abundantly!

HOW CAN MY HEART WALL BE REMOVED?

One of the fastest ways to remove a heart wall is to use the Emotion Code chart to help identify layers and their relationship to the heart wall. This usually can be done in 1-3 sessions.

WHEN CAN I REMOVE MY HEART WALL

We trust the body’s intelligence to signal us through muscle testing if it can safely remove the walls…and in what order. This allows for the safest and the most complete release. Releasing a heart wall before it is ready, or when you are still in a painful situation, will usually cause the heart wall to rebuild.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY HEART WALL IS RELEASED?

Often people will experience an immediate feeling of lightness around the chest and core. Sometimes this will unfold over a period of time. Chronic conditions and pains often find their roots in a heart wall. Once heart walls are removed, people can once again form meaningful relationships, pursue creative interests, excel in business and feel like their true self!

I always knew something was holding me back from enjoying relationships. I found myself withdrawing from friends and by boyfriend. Meg found 7 layers of my heart wall that I had formed when I had lost a loved one. Now my heart is free to connect again. I also have more energy to exercise and look forward to family events.
